At Whites Valley Jalapeños, your satisfaction is our top priority - we’ll always help out where we can.

If you receive a broken, damaged, spoiled or incorrect product, let us make it right!

Simply send us a photo within 5 days of receiving your item, and we'll either refund you in full, covering any shipping costs, or send out a replacement.

Likewise, should your shipment go missing, give us a heads up and we’ll make sure we follow it up with our carrier. If your package is M.I.A, we’ll also refund or replace.

However, because your purchase is a food item, we’re not able to refund for a simple change or mind. So please choose carefully before placing your order.
